Indoor Rowing Classes
Indoor rowing classes at iROW Fitness Studio are intentionally small (2-6 rowers), structured, and designed to provide a carefully guided coaching experience. Classes run in defined 4 week sessions to support consistency, thoughtful feedback, and a focused group environment where each participant can progress in a way that aligns with their experience and goals. This session-based approach reflects the boutique nature of the studio and the level of care involved. Pricing is based on limited group sizes, intentional programing and an emphasis on technique, efficiency, and sustainable training rather than high volume or drop in fitness.
In addition to scheduled classes, small groups of up to 6 rowers can may also arrange a group lesson by appointment and share the cost of a private lesson, offering a flexible way to train together outside the regular class schedule.
