Junior Group Indoor Rowing Classes taught by iROW Founder Iva Boteva. The program is divided into two sessions. Each session offers 10 classes, and will focus on technical improvement, power application work, holding consistent splits at various distances, understand the connection between indoor rowing performance and performance on the water and much more. Rowers who attend the sessions will come out with much better understanding of rowing in general and what they should continue to work on in the upcoming months.

Session Schedule

• Session I: May 15 – June 15, 2023 (deadline to sign up May 10, 2023)

• Session II: July 17 – August 17, 2023 (deadline to sign up July 1, 2023)

Class Schedule

• Mondays: 4:30pm - 6pm

• Wednesdays: 4:30pm - 6pm
